Quickbooks Administrator/Bookkeeper
Job Purpose:

QuickBooks expert, maintains records of financial transactions, invoicing, AP, AR.

Duties:

  • Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts;
  • Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Review contracts
  • Prepare reimbursements, expenses
  • Invoicing clients based on contracts.
  • Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
  • Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Skills/Qualifications:

Must have at least 2+years recent Quickbooks exp., Outlook and Microsoft exp., excellent organizational skills, excellent communicator, analytical, review complex contracts, data entry skills, accounting, attention to detail, confidentiality, thoroughness, responsive, customer service oriented.

Compensation Range $20-$25 hour - DOQ. Bonus and excellent benefits for full time. Part time an option as well.
